1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Ziply: Number Path Puzzle (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
2. License Grant
Ziply grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the App on your personal device solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game — including source code, procedural puzzle generation logic, visual design, audio assets, and branding — belong exclusively to Ziply. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Game or its puzzle datasets without prior written consent.
4. Offline Operation & Storage
Ziply functions entirely offline. Game progression, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the application may result in permanent removal of this local data.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE OR WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON ALL HARDWARE CONFIGURATIONS.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZIPLY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any update signifies your agreement to the revised Terms.
